Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride Tablets contain the active substance diphenhydramine hydrochloride, an antihistamine with sedative properties that induce drowsiness or sedation. It reduces the time needed to fall asleep and increases the depth and quality of sleep.
Diphenhydramine hydrochloride is used to aid relief of temporary sleep disturbance (difficulties sleeping) in adults and children over 16 years of age.
How to take Almus Max Strength Sleep Aid Tablets
Adults and children over 16 years:
- 50mg strength tablets: Take one tablet 20 minutes before bed.
Use in children:
- Please do not use it in children under 16 years of age.
This medicine is for oral use. Swallow the tablets whole with water.
Do not exceed the stated dose. Please do not take it for longer than two weeks without consulting a doctor.

The active substance is diphenhydramine hydrochloride.
Each tablet has 50mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride.
