Beechams All in One Tablets are formulated to relieve the symptoms of colds and flu, including headache, fever, sore throat, body aches, nasal congestion, chesty coughs, and sinus pain. Each tablet contains a combination of three active ingredients: paracetamol for pain and fever, guaifenesin to loosen chest mucus (expectorant), and phenylephrine hydrochloride, a decongestant that reduces swelling in the nasal passages.
Uses / Indications
Beechams All in One Tablets are indicated for the short-term relief of cold and flu symptoms, including:

Headache

Fever and chills

Sore throat

Nasal congestion

Sinus pain and pressure

Chest congestion

Cough with mucus (productive cough)
Dosage and Administration
For oral use only.
Adults, the elderly, and children aged 16 years and over should take 2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed.

Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.

Leave at least 4 hours between doses.

Do not use for more than 5 consecutive days without medical advice.

Not recommended for children under 16 years of age.
Swallow tablets whole with water; do not chew.

Other Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, maize starch, sodium starch glycolate, povidone, stearic acid, and other standard excipients. Contains no sugar.
Warnings and Precautions

Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products.

Avoid use if you have severe hypertension, heart disease, or an overactive thyroid.

Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking antidepressants (MAOIs), or have liver or kidney problems.

Alcohol increases the risk of liver damage when taking paracetamol—avoid drinking alcohol during use.

Seek medical advice if symptoms persist or worsen after 5 days.

Store below 25°C and keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Possible Side Effects
As with all medicines, side effects may occur. Common or rare effects may include:

Liver damage with prolonged or excessive use of paracetamol
